This is a workout plan that I made for one of my orange belt students. I'd like to share it with everyone. Enjoy!

Star Block
Stance Set
Short Form 1
Do each three times as a warm up.
Instead of going by day, I’m going to split the workload over two workouts that you can alternate in between.
Workout A
BASICS
Repeat each basic 10X each side. Full speed, Full Power
From horse stance:
Upward Block
Inward Block
Outward Extended Block
Downward Block
Pushdown Block
Horizontal Punch to sternum
Vertical Punch to Face
Uppercut Punch to Chin
Vertical Heel Palm
Outward Hand Sword
Inward Hand Sword
Inward Elbow
Outward Elbow
Upward Elbow
Downward Elbow
Step back into a left neutral bow, repeat basics with each hand. When you use the rear hand, use a forward bow.
Hop Switch and repeat on opposite side.
TECHNIQUES
Do first 12 Techniques on Orange Belt
Review Purple Belt Techniques
WORKOUT B
BASICS
From a neutral bow, perform each kick 4 ways, 10X each way.
1. Rear leg
2. Front leg, in place
3. Front leg, drag up
4. Front leg, front crossover first
Front Kick
Round House
Side Kick
From neutral bow, back kick to 6 o’clock with front leg.
From neutral bow, spin back kick.
TECHNIQUES
Do remainder for Orange Belt techniques.
